Thanks to United Way and all of the volunteers who helped Angels Bearing Gifts at Day of Caring on Saturday, September 19, 2015. Make A Difference Day is the perfect day for getting a jump start on the upcoming holiday season.
Our volunteers took an inventory of the toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, sunscreen, and lotion. Our volunteers decorated 48 large brown bags with festive Christmas and holiday decorations. Our volunteers decorated 175 small bags that will be used as the toiletry bags this year. Our volunteers decorated 175 Christmas cards.
